I Ride for the Brand

In western folklore a cowboy that rode for the brand showed complete loyalty, honour, and dedication to the ranch he belonged to. They put aside selfish ambition and carried themselves with quiet confidence built on integrity. For those of us whom have given our lives over to Jesus Christ, have been called to serve a cause much greater than ourselves. In Luke 9:23 Jesus asks us to take up our cross daily and follow him. He has called us to ride for the brand. He called us to be all in. Put our selfish ambitions aside daily and have him at the center of our lives.
